As someone who has struggled with body confidence, my sexuality and even gym-phobia in the past, I know all too well how this can have a negative impact on your well-being and how hard it can be to motivate yourself to make a change. 

But there is an answer! It's never too late to take control of your mental and physical fitness and change die-hard habits for the better and I'm here to show you how.

I use patient and compassionate coaching to help my clients get where they want to be - feeling stronger, more confident with a new found respect for their health and fitness. 

By using functional strength and endurance training techniques along with a tailored nutrition plan and confidence boosting exercises I can guarantee you'll smash your goals and enjoy the process along the way.
