Hi! I'm Kieron Lyons, Head Coach & Founder at Lyons Fitness.

I help the LGBTQ+🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ community to improve their health, build real strength and develop confidence for life with holistic online coaching that's built just for YOU and not for the masses.

As someone who has struggled with body confidence, sexuality and even gym-phobia in the past, I know all too well how it can have a negative impact on your well-being and just how hard it can be to motivate yourself to make a change.

Meet Dudley - UK

Dudley joined the program this spring, he had been training for many years but had hit a plateau and wasn't making progress and he lacked knowledge on how to make nutrition work for him. 

We highlighted a few areas to work on and came up with a training program and nutrition plan that allowed him to break through his plateau and make some serious progress in just a few weeks! 

Meet Pavlo - UK

Pavlo joined the 12-week program wanting to increase his muscle mass and improve his strength and aerobic capacity.

I started the program back in January and so far it’s really helped me in understanding what I’m doing with myself when going to the gym, what to focus on & how to think about nutrition. I say so far, because I know it will continue to help & teach me new things!

Having a well structured process has also pushed me to do exercises I would have previously avoided doing alone.

I now feel much more confident in trying new workouts.
