" I was turning 50 thinking that the opportunity to be physically fit and attractive was lost to me. I was not getting the attention to detail from my PT that could deliver remarkable results.  

 

Also as an older gay fella, I wanted someone to show and push me to what I could achieve given that my days of an Attitude photoshop shoot and Love Island participation are long gone.

As a relatively shy guy, it's nice to get the comments: OMG what happened to you!  You look amazing!

 

Well, I lost two and a half stone (16kg) in 12 weeks, I'm eating better, not drinking alcohol and have an amazing remote-based coach.  Kieron has enabled me to achieve what I thought was impossible. I'm comfortable when I look at myself in the mirror. I wish id met him years ago! "

" Before working with Kieron it seemed impossible for me to remove the fat from my belly and back. I also struggled to build muscle as my metabolism is so quick that it also seemed impossible for me to grow

Before having Kieron as my personal trainer I did not focus on nutrition and I kept repeating the same boring workout over and over again.

Since I've started working with Kieron I can not just see but feel the changes in my body really quickly and most importantly, he has given me the confidence I needed in and out of the gym 


Kieron is so authentic and loving, he knows exactly where you are and he knows how to bring you where you want to be. He takes care of you and your progress as if they were his!

" KIERON DELIVERS THE PROGRAMME IN AN ENGAGING AND EASY TO PROCESS WAY, AND I'VE REALLY ENJOYED WORKING WITH HIM TO GET MY RESULTS "

Before starting with Kieron I was unhappy that my progress had plateaued and I whilst I was aware I needed to eat more - terms like macros really confused me. I was also bored of my usual gym routine and overall was feeling a bit stuck. 

 

He taught a lot of new things about weight training, calorie intake and macros. I’ve noticed a change in my body shape and have seen massive improvements with my strength, which is great just in time for summer! Kieron delivers the programme in an engaging and easy to process way, and I’ve really enjoyed working with him to get my results.  

​

My biggest win has been seeing new definition in my legs. At 6ft 3 and with the height all in my legs I've always struggled to make them grow. It's been great to switch up my weight training process with things like tempo back squats, which really create a difference. 
 

I've also been happy to understand the calories and macros intake I need to become stronger thanks to Kieron's programme.
